Ministry of Education Sindh has announced annual examination schedule recently according to that annual examination is going to be held in entire province from 9th May 2022 for academic year 2021-2022 from class One to Intermediate/O-level to all Government and Private Schools systems. Students are very eager for examination while school administrations are also fully prepared for such responsibility. But interesting thing is that the hot summer season is on full swing and warm weather will create difficulty to conduct and manage examination to school administration because many accident and unfortune have already been occurred in past. Instead of that loading shedding will also play his part to make examination more fierce full. So all this scenario will make trouble to everyone who is involved in examination process. So it is required so much that specific measures should be taken to couple this harmful situation and facilitate student while they are performing their top-end goal of his life.

1. Standby Electricity /Generator
The whole year specially in summer season electricity is often present in electric line. It comes somewhat but mostly unavailable in electric lines . So it is highly recommended for school administration to provide stand by or generator to manage electricity problem so that electric fans may be switched on during examination. Because during examination students have a pressure of exam on their head so they are not felling good, and in addition to that if no electricity be present at that time, examination will be worst for them. So the situation that have come and may be worst school administration must focus to shift immediately on solar system as the next academic year started.
2. Cold Water Facility during Hot Summer Season
Because examination is being conducedt during hot summer season and there is an heat wave also expected. So it is very necessary that fresh and cold water facility will be provided to every students while they are in examination hall.
3. Medical Facility
As examination is conducted in summer it is so much expected that any wrong may happen during paper. So medical facility should be in reach of school management so that they may quickly call a doctor or shift a student/ teacher to nearby hospital in case of emergency. Past data shows that many students and teachers be unconscious during hot summer season in the classes.
